Recipe: “Hulk” Green Smoothie, gluten-free & dairy-free

I have a thing for green smoothies. I love their bright color, their sweet taste, and the fact that they provide plenty of nutrients for the body. This recipe will make you enjoy your greens like never before. Mixed with mangos, bananas and strawberries, it will taste like a sweet escape under the palm trees.


Ingredients (1 smoothie)

1/2 cup frozen kale
1/2 cup frozen spinach (you also may use fresh)
1/2 cup frozen mango
Half a medium banana
4-5 medium fresh strawberries
1 tsp. chia seeds, ground
Almond milk, to taste (according to the texture you prefer)

Mix all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Adjust the amount of almond milk according to your preference. Enjoy !
